The position announcement we create will be advertised and networked broadly. We conduct preliminary interviews, do reference checks and keep you abreast of the process leading up to your interviews with top candidates. As you identify your finalists and the candidate to whom you will offer the position, we are readily available to serve as a resource in final negotiations.
