Catherine joined Napier Executive Search with 20 years of experience in the field of Enrollment Management. Her experience in strategic planning, best practices in the use of data and leading business and technology implementations reflect her dedication to improving the experience and success of students and her commitment to reducing barriers and building collaborations among successful teams. She has an appreciation and understanding of the tools colleges and universities need to leverage their identity, programs and recruitment efforts in a challenging market. Catherine brings these experiences to her role at Napier, seeking to partner institutions with the right individuals whose skills, knowledge and shared values breed success.

Before joining Napier Executive Search, Catherine served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Stonehill College and Roger Williams University. Prior to Roger Williams, Catherine was the Assistant Vice President of Admission at Simmons University. During her tenure, she has overseen undergraduate and graduate admission, financial aid, marketing and institutional research.

Catherine is a member of NACAC and enjoyed the opportunity serve on the College Board New England Regional Council. She is a parent-volunteer for the Mansfield Band Parents Association.

Catherine grew up on Cape Cod and earned her bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College, earning a second bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Simmons University. She currently lives Mansfield, Mass. with her husband and two children. They enjoy travel, time with family and intense games of Uno.
