mary profileMary Worland Napier Leading up to the launch of NAPIER Executive Search in 2014, Mary played an integral role in completing more than 50 successful enrollment management searches with Lahti Search Consultants. Prior to that, she amassed more than 25 years of experience in higher education. As the chief enrollment officer at Stetson University, she led the institution to four years of sustained enrollment growth while improving profile and exceeding budget goals. In an interim vice president role at Manhattanville College, she helped stabilize and invigorate student recruitment during a year of transition. In addition to her years of experience in enrollment at Ripon College and the University of Tulsa, Mary worked for the National Research Center for College and University Admissions (NRCCUA), supporting admission professionals in their efforts to creatively reach prospective students. She was overall sales leader during her final two years with NRCCUA. A first generation college student, Mary earned her BA degree at Lake Forest College and her MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Tulsa.

Robin Reynders Robin has worked in the enrollment management field for more than 30 years and understands the importance of building a strong, integrated enrollment team. During her 21-year tenure at Allegheny College, she actively participated in the institution’s transformation to an inter-office collaborative operation in enrollment. In her later years at Allegheny, as Associate Dean of Enrollment and Director of Financial Aid, this collaborative effort led to unprecedented growth, greater student diversity, and an elevated academic profile while growing net-tuition revenue. Robin has consulted with more than 40 colleges and universities, developing strategic and innovative financial aid packaging policies and assisting institutions with integrating financial aid into an enrollment management model. A graduate of Earlham College, Robin has been passionate about higher education and the liberal arts both in her career and in her role at Morningside College, where her spouse John Reynders serves as president. Robin also served as an associate at Lahti Search Consultants.

Nancy Benedict002Nancy M. Benedict Nancy was Vice President for Enrollment Services at Beloit College from 2001-2014, serving on the senior staff and reporting directly to the president. During that time, Nancy was instrumental in providing leadership and developing key strategic initiatives leading to a 58% increase in the applicant pool and overall growth in enrollment from 1150 to 1250. In addition to her work in enrollment services, Nancy served on the board of directors of the Common Application 2008-2012 and has been active in the community of Beloit, as a board member of the Beloit Janesville Symphony and treasurer for a three-term legislator in the Wisconsin State Assembly. She has been involved with professional organizations, including the College Board, the Council of International Schools, NACAC, Associated Colleges of the Midwest, and many more. Her service at Beloit was preceded by 27 years at Bryn Mawr College where Nancy gained a wide range of administrative experience leading to director of admissions and financial aid. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College.

Laura Robinson
has worked in the education field for more than 18 years; she brings a unique perspective to her work with Napier Executive Search after serving at both higher education institutions and K-12 schools. Laura began her career as a member of the University of Dayton admission staff. The broad background Laura obtained at her alma mater helped lead the way for her position at Northwestern University. During her nine year tenure at Northwestern University, she created a regional recruitment strategy as the Director of Recruitment and Outreach and helped lead the institution to several years of consistent enrollment growth and an improved student profile. In addition to her experiences in higher education, Laura has also shared her talents in K-12 environments as an Admission Director, College Counselor and Board Member. Laura has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism and a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, both from the University of Dayton.
